Venue Access & Parking

 

  • Dubai Metro: Trains run every few minutes, from 5 am to 11 pm using a Nol Card, which can be obtained easily from any station. You may also want to combine your metro trip with a ride on one of Dubai’s many bus routes For specific journey planning to and from the Dubai World Trade Centre, you may visit the link here.
  • Dubai Taxi: You can book a taxi in advance by calling +971 4 208 0808. Fares start at 5 AED or 12 AED if pre-booked and most taxis in Dubai are now equipped to take credit card payments.
  • Private Taxi: Careem or Uber app can be used to book your ride in Dubai with payment options using your credit card or cash if you prefer.
  • Driving and Parking: There is direct access from the city’s main highway, Sheikh Zayed Road, with a direct gateway to all areas of Dubai and the wider UAE. Dubai World Trade Centre has several car parks, including paid and free options with a total of 7,530 parking spaces. Parking bays for electric cars are also available with charging stations. Entry Visas

To request a letter of invitation or visa support, please contact registration@MENATransport.org. Note, you need to have completed and paid your registration to qualify for this service. All visas once issued by DXB Live are a single entry tourist visa which have a 60-day validity to enter the UAE. The visa stay validity is 30-days from the date of entry.


If your country of nationality appears on the list below, no advance visa arrangements are required to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International Airport and proceed to Immigration, where your passport will be stamped with a 30-day visit visa. This can be extended for an additional 30 days at an additional charge.

GCC residents can also visit Dubai without applying in advance for a visa.


For all other citizens please check with the nearest UAE embassy for the latest information or contact the Dubai Naturalization & Residency administration department. A visa must be obtained prior to arrival in the UAE. All visas are subject to revision by the UAE government.


Important: Passport validity should be a minimum of 6 months from the intended date of arrival. Entry into the UAE is subject to immigration approval..
